At NIKAOHAIR, each unit is prepared with the highest level of care and craftsmanship. Due to the custom nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please review all order details carefully — including texture, length, lace type, and shipping address — before placing your order.

Wrong Item or Damage on Arrival

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at Hello@NikaoHair.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear, unedited photos of the item
  • A photo of the shipping label on the package

All concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

 

Important Conditions for Review:

 

  • The product must not be worn, brushed, cut, colored, installed, or altered in any way.
  • Once the lace is cut or the unit is installed, it is no longer eligible for review or return.
  • All approved returns must be shipped back in original condition with all packaging included.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any refund or replacement is issued at our discretion.
