Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered units or bundles require 10–12 business days for processing. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped out promptly.

In-Stock Orders
In-stock units and bundles take 7–10 business days to process before shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Shipping time may vary based on location and carrier.

Please note:

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

• We do not offer same-day or expedited processing at this time.

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

International Orders:

For all orders shipped outside the U.S., any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
